The Revolution Continues |

The petitions layout the actual problems and violations of the Constitution. They also ask [demand] that our Legislative members obey their Oath of Office and answer these questions. Go ahead, read the questions, then ask yourself if you should be an obedient citizen and ask your representative how they responded. If nothing else, you should ask "Did you truthfully uphold your Oath of Office to protect and defend my Constitution"? |
A
"Revolution" is defined as an extensive change in the
government of a country. The American Dictionary of the
English Language- New York, March 1, 1892.
The revolution this country faces at this time is of two parts. The first part is a demand of our representatives to Respond to The First Amendment petition for Redress of Grievances regarding significant and ongoing violations of the Constitution by the United States Government. At this point, after a six year (6+) peaceable lawsuit seeking a judicial means of upholding the laws of our Constitution, the U.S. Supreme Court has refused to fulfill their responsibility. With the U.S. Supreme Court stating to the people thru their rejection of the citizen's request, they have stated, "We do not have to tell the government that they must be held accountable to you. If you have a problem with them you'll just have to work it out with them because we are not going to get involved between the actions of the government and the concerns of its citizens". So, anyone who understands our Constitution and Declaration of Independence would respond, "But, based upon our laws and system of government the U.S. Supreme court is our last hope of defending our Constitution, it is their Fiduciary Responsibility". With that said, the only remaining peaceful means of defending our Constitution is to peacefully "Petition" our servants, one last time, to take regard for OUR First Amendment Right to Demand them to fulfill their Fiduciary Responsibility. Now, if our servants continue to fraudulently refuse to answer: second part : The people have the right to take action based upon the Journals of the Continental Congress - 1774. The journals of the Continental Congress reads as follows: "If money is wanted by Rulers who have in any manner oppressed the people, they may retain it until their grievances are redressed, and peaceably procure relief, without trusting to despised petitions or disturbing the public tranquility." Journals of the Continental Congress, 1:105-113 This is the last peaceful hope to maintain a government founded by forefathers who looked to the heavens for advice when creating OUR Constitution. They desired that this country would never again be placed in despotism and under the rule of TYRANNY. The Declaration of Independence of 1776 contains the following; "In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people." When the heavens opened to their request, they put wording into Our Constitution thru the Divine Influence of God and as a result, God blessed this nation like no other nation has been blessed. When our elective Representatives are sworn into office, their "Oath of Office" is to protect and Defend the Constitution. Remember once again, Esau desires to have command over our nation and has continually rejected the call of GOD. Do we stand up and DEFEND God's land or do we crumble in defeat to Esau! When we are held accountable to God, which choice do you believe God will be satisfied with?
